Ipswich Branch.

Ipswich Branch of Cats Protection was formed in 2000 after working in conjunction with a neighbouring branch for ten years.

Most of the original committee members are still running the branch, which has gone from strength to strength over the years.

We cover post code areas IP1 - IP5 & IP7 - IP11.
We have our own charity shop in Bramford Lane, Ipswich.
We fund raise regularly to keep up the profile of the branch, organising our own annual fete and many other events.
We have 10 regular fosterers who have a total of 19 pens in their own gardens.
In 2008 we rehomed 180 cats, tested 66 for FIV and FeLV and vaccinated 155

We now microchip and vaccinate every cat/kitten as it is rehomed.
We have our own Co-op Dividend Number- 234701 which people are welcome to use to boost funds.

We have 500+ members who receive quarterly newsletters, which they are welcome to contribute articles etc. to.  Annual membership is £5.00 per year.
